With its 108.000 members, the Danish Heart Foundation is one of the largest organizations for combating disease in Denmark.

The organization primarily engages in patient support, research and preventiion of disease and has been taking care of heart patient's interests for more than 40 years.

The Danish Heart Foundation relies on donations and the funds we raise. We provide financial support for more than two thirds of alle heart research done in Denmark. Every year, we distribute more than DKK 20 million for research into treatment and prevention of heart disease.

HRH Crown Princess Mary is patron of the Danish Heart Foundation.
